National Bronze & Metals, Inc. (NBM) -
Our corporate headquarters and main distribution center (founded in 1983) is centrally located in Houston, Texas. Over the past 26 years, we have experienced tremendous growth and earned a worldwide reputation for maintaining huge inventories of brass, bronze, and specialty copper alloys. We inventory over one hundred different grades of copper alloys and well in excess of 5000 metric tons. Our inventories are built and designed with our customers in mind.  We foresee even more growth opportunities in the coming years, as we continue to add and improve upon our existing services and move forward into a greater range of copper alloy products, so as to continue to upgrade our services.

Our foundry in Lorain, Ohio is one of the top producing continuous cast foundries in the United States. This facility utilizes both vertical and horizontal casting processes to manufacture our very broad range of continuous cast copper alloys.

In March of 2008, we commenced the construction of a complete new, state-of-the art foundry, (at the same location in Lorain, Ohio) which will add a significant amount of additional capacity and introduce our own in-house heat treatment and quenching facilities. This new foundry will meet future requirements for high precision casting applications. We also rough machine, warehouse, and ship material to our customers and have become a dominant world-wide leader - due to the tremendous upgrade in computer aided technologies and massive improvements of in-house controls. We intend to commission this new foundry in November 2009.

Our product lines are developed with a concerted effort to meet the broad spectrum of needs demanded by our customers throughout North America and abroad. Our impressive distribution warehouse is the ever growing result of demands stressed by our global markets. We understand that your copper alloy applications can be diverse and challenging, so we have made sure that our inventory is equally as encompassing.
